Retention periods
Personal Data may be stored and processed by Crunchtimers as long as necessary for the purpose they have been collected for.
Users have the ability to delete most of Personal Data (i.e. email address, first name, last name, location (city), hometown, birthday, gender, Facebook likes) by deleting their Crunchtimers account. Some data, including Personal Data, may be retained by Crunchtimers after deletion of user’s account (i.e. user ID number, registration date, account deletion date, Usage Data).
Transfer Of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Poland and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Poland and process it there. Data may be also sent to and processed in any other location involved in storing and processing, i.e. to locations where Google Cloud Platform (a hosting service provided by Google LLC) server are located in. Many hosting services (i.e. Google Cloud Platform) use servers distributed across the world, which makes it difficult to determine exact location of data storage.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Crunchtimers will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

User rights
In terms of user data Crunchtimers users can:
- Access, verify and correct their data.
- Withdraw, at any time, any consent described in Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. Such withdrawal may mean that we will no longer be able to provide the Service to you and require deletion of user’s Crunchtimers account.
- Have their personally identifiable information deleted or otherwise removed. This includes personally identifiable information (i.e. first name, last name, email address, etc.). Some non-personally identifiable information (i.e. user ID number, account creation and deletion dates) may be retained in Crunchtimers systems even after deletion of the personally identifiable user information.
- Receive their data in a commonly used, machine readable format and have that data transferred to another controller.
- Object to processing of their data for the purpose of direct marketing. Users should be aware that such objection does not mean that they will no longer receive marketing content, but that their data will not be used to specifically target ads. In other words, ads they will receive, if they object to processing of their data for the purpose of direct marketing, will be less relevant to them.
- File a complaint to Crunchtimers.
Profiling and automated decision making
Crunchtimers may use your Personal Data and Usage Data to created user profiles. Such profiles may be created manually or automatically, i.e. using algorithms. Tools used for profiling may be owed by Crunchtimers or by third parties.
In order to improve the Service, Crunchtimers may use decision making taken solely by technological means. Such decisions may be made using your Personal Data or Usage Data and may result any action that Crunchtimers would otherwise take with human intervention.
